1 Deliver me from mine enemies, O my God: defend me from them that rise up against me.

**Scriptural Evidence**: In religious texts, there is no explicit instruction from our Creator for the government and judiciary to have removed His Laws.

Psalm 94:20-23
Can unjust leaders claim that our Creator is on their side— leaders who permit injustice by their laws? They attack the righteous and condemn the innocent to death. But our Creator is our fortress; Our Creator will make the sins of evil people fall back upon them. He will destroy them for their sins.
Public officials, lawyers and judges all take an oath to uphold the Constitution, not to rewrite it. Do you think that our Creator will overlook violation of such oaths for the sake of your good pro-life motive, that He will sustain your love of life upon the foundation of your contempt for His laws? It’s time for sober reconsideration.
For those legislators, lawyers or judges who don't care about our Creator and his laws who are pleasant though practical atheists, or simply cosmetic conservatives, and cannot abide any rule of law animated by "religious" concepts, then all you have is your own "legislation" itself unto which you can appeal. You can't very well call on our Creator for justice now, can you?
Supreme court opinions are only evidence of what legislation or legal is, however it is certainly not Law Itself and far from the Supreme Law of the Land, so it has no power to manifest unless people are tricked and misled.
Protection of life cannot arise without a prior defense of the rule of law. The key to that defense is to recognize that the Constitution’s text does not regard the Supreme Court’s opinions as law. But legal pleading assuming supreme authority in the Court destroys law itself and enslaves us more and more every term. This is what we need to stop!
"You shall make no covenant [contract or franchise] with them [foreigners, pagans], nor with their government, gods, legislation's, laws of judges. They shall not dwell in your land [and you shall not dwell in theirs by becoming a “resident” in the process of contracting with them], lest they make you sin against Me [Creator]. For if you serve their gods [under contract agreement of franchise,], it will surely be a snare to you.”
Exodus 23:32-33
“Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with our Creator? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend [“citizen”, “resident”, “taxpayer”, “inhabitant”, or “subject” under a king or political ruler of the world or any man-made kingdom other than our Creator, makes himself an enemy of our Creator “
